Competencies Detail Assembly Heat-treated Links, Bushings, Rollers and Pins are first taken into semi-product storages.


Upon arrival of the work order to the semi-product storage, semi-products that are suitable for assembly (Pins, Rollers, Bushings and Links) are turned into products (Chains) in fully-automated machines in ZİMAŞ ZİNCİR Assembly unit. After assembly, as a result of prestress and relevant controls required by the norms and against corrosion, products are greased with the grease manufactured specially for ZİMAŞ ZİNCİR and packaged.
